How far in advance should I order my bridal accessories?
We recommend placing your order no less than 2 months out from your wedding date to ensure that we are able to fit your item into our production schedule. However, we are happy to accommodate urgent orders if our schedule allows. Reach out to us at info@odetoflorence.com.au so we can confirm your order. Please note that the above does not include shipping timeframes, so please take this into consideration when ordering.
Where are your products made?
All of our pieces are designed and handmade in our studio located in Mackay, Queensland.
Am I able to customise my order?
Most of our pieces are able to be customised. Whether it be a custom length for your veil or an idea you have for an embroidery on a jacket, we are more than happy to hear your ideas and do our best to bring your vision to life for your special day.
Can I return or exchange my bridal accessories?
Due to our bridal accessories being made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged. However, we want you to be completely satisfied, so please reach out to us at info@odetoflorence.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item if there are any issues.
Do you do gift cards?
Yes! Bridal accessories make a perfect gift for brides, bridesmaids, or anyone in your wedding party. Our gift cards are available for purchase on our website and can be used toward any of our products.
Are your accessories suitable for all wedding styles?
Yes, our bridal accessories are designed to complement a variety of wedding styles, from classic and traditional to modern, boho, or vintage. We strive to offer pieces that suit every bride’s individual style.
